Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ejjl ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ejjl website located at ejjl.net and all associated services, features, content, and games offered therein ("Services").

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," depositing funds, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement takes effect immediately upon your first access to the platform.

ejjl reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on ejjl, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the platform:

• You are a natural person — corporate or entity accounts are not permitted;

Age Verification

ejjl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any user at any time. Acceptable documents include a government-issued photo identification card (such as a Philippine national ID, driver's license, or passport). Where a user fails to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified by ejjl, the account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals placed on hold until verification is completed.

In the event that a minor is found to have accessed the platform, ejjl will immediately close the account, void all transactions, and return any deposited funds to the payment source where technically possible. ejjl may report the matter to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required.

Account Registration

Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on ejjl. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited. If ejjl identifies duplicate accounts linked to a single individual based on shared personal details, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

Accuracy of Information

When registering for an ejjl account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password that is not used for other online services;
• Log out of your ejjl account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify ejjl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.

ejjl will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from a failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

ejjl operates in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations applicable under Philippine law. As part of this commitment, the platform conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on all accounts. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals. KYC verification is a mandatory condition for processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

ejjl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). ejjl does not apply currency conversion surcharges on PHP transactions.

Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount on ejjl is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the platform, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your ejjl wallet almost instantly in most cases. Bank transfers via InstaPay typically arrive within 1–15 minutes during banking hours. PESONet transfers are processed on the same business day for transactions submitted before the applicable cut-off time.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed KYC verification;
• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for your most recent deposit, where technically applicable;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be fully met before a withdrawal can be processed;
• ejjl reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests above ₱50,000.

Prohibited Payment Sources

You may not use payment methods that belong to a third party. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. ejjl will reject and return funds identified as originating from third-party sources, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

ejjl offers promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback rewards, and loyalty incentives to eligible registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered players aged 21 and above who have completed account verification;
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated as repeatable;
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated in the specific promotion's terms and conditions;
• Bonus funds expire if not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms;
• ejjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or placing hedged bets designed to lock in bonus value — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account closure.

Betting Rules

General Betting Conditions

All bets placed on ejjl are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or event wagered upon. Sport-specific rules, casino game rules, and bingo room rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Bet Acceptance

ejjl reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on events affected by pricing errors, system malfunctions, or manifest odds errors. Where a bet is accepted in error due to a palpable pricing mistake — including but not limited to odds that are clearly incorrect relative to true market prices — ejjl reserves the right to void the relevant bet and refund the stake to your account wallet.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and are displayed within the betting interface at the time of wagering. These limits may vary by sport, event, game type, or account status. ejjl may apply individual account betting limits at its discretion, particularly where betting patterns suggest professional or syndicated wagering activity that falls outside normal recreational play.

Live Betting

In-play or live betting is available on selected sports events. Live bets are processed in real time and are subject to inherent delays between the event feed and the betting interface. ejjl is not responsible for bets placed based on information that the bettor knew or should reasonably have known to be incorrect at the time of placement, including but not limited to knowledge of an event's result prior to bet acceptance.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ejjl platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and potential forfeiture of funds, as well as referral to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials;
• Money Laundering: Using ejjl to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or using the platform as a vehicle to obscure the origin of funds;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live dealer games, poker rooms, or any competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage over other participants;
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim promotional bonuses multiple times, or using wagering patterns designed solely to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play;
• Automated Wagering: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets on your behalf without human interaction;
• Hacking and Manipulation: Attempting to access, alter, or interfere with the platform's software, servers, databases, or security systems;
• Match Fixing: Wagering on sporting events where you have knowledge of, or involvement in, any attempt to fix or manipulate the result;
• Underage Use: Allowing, facilitating, or failing to prevent a person under 21 years of age from accessing your ejjl account.

Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes ejjl's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ejjl's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.

Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension by ejjl

ejjl reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, poses a risk of financial harm to ejjl or other players, or is subject to a legal or regulatory hold.

During a suspension, withdrawals from the account may be placed on hold pending investigation. ejjl will communicate the reason for suspension to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe where doing so does not compromise an ongoing investigation.

Closure by the Player

You may request permanent closure of your ejjl account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closing your account, any pending bets will be settled according to the standard rules applicable to the relevant game or event. Remaining withdrawable balances will be returned to your designated payment method following standard verification procedures.

Consequences of Termination for Breach

Where an account is closed by ejjl due to a breach of these Terms — including fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, underage gambling, or any other prohibited conduct — ejjl reserves the right to void all pending and historical transactions associated with the breach, forfeit any remaining balance in the account, and recover from you any losses suffered by ejjl or other players as a result of your conduct.

Governing Law

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.

ejjl operates under guidelines applicable to online gaming platforms in the Philippines and is committed to maintaining compliance with all applicable Philippine statutes, executive orders, and PAGCOR-issued advisories governing online gaming operations.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
